Vitamin A - Vitamin A can be found naturally in animal liver and vegetables such as carrot and sweet potato. It can also be purchased in pill form from a pharmacy. Vitamin A helps protect the body against invasion by pathogens which can cause chronic fatigue and weakness. It supports the production and maintenance of healthy skin, as well as the mucous membranes that line the mouth, lungs, digestive tract, bladder, and cervix. Chronic fatigue is really taking over me!

These past few days I have been super tired! Yesterday I had to stay up till 3am just to rush through a project which was to be submitted on that day. I had only 3 hours of sleep. That day I was so tired to the point of collapse. When I was younger I was able to sleep 3 hours a day yet still have the energy to go on for the day. Thank God it was an early day for me at school and took a long nap of 4 hours in the afternoon. But today my condition was the same as yesterday =/

Sometime back I read about an article from the local newspaper that 11pm-1am is the time when sleep is most crucial because the body is rebuilding and renewing our body tissues during this period of time. I am gonna try that for the next few weeks and see how this works out for me. There must surely be a way to get out of chronic fatigue. I am getting convinced now that sleeping regular hours (8 hours) with the same time fixture each day is gonna help.

Sleep kills frustration as well ;)

Sunday’s the best day for a good rest!

Thank God for Sundays! I am always stretched throughout the week and Sundays are always the best days to take a good break from everything just to lie in bed and sleep :P

Work is gonna pile up in the next few weeks before Christmas break. It would be good to take some rest every now and then. When we get too busy, we always find that we can’t afford to rest. However I find that taking just a short while to stand and relax your muscles from the many hours of sitting down could you a lot.

So take a break, meet up some people for coffee and enjoy the day! :)
